The Launceston Golf Club presents a picturesque ceremony area to say ‘I Do’.
Surrounded by native plants, trees and rose gardens with views of the course, this area provides a beautiful scenic background for your ceremony and wedding photos. Our garden ceremony package includes:
- Use of the facility and outdoor tables & chairs
- White wedding arch and red carpet
- Dressed ceremony table with two chairs (with seat covers)

Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Launceston Golf Club to hold your Wedding. Could you please read the following Terms and Conditions to make your Wedding run as smoothly as possible.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. In the event of cancellation, confirmation charges will only be refunded upon the successful re-booking of the room.
We don’t charge a room hire fee for Weddings. In the event of any damage caused by any guest of the Wedding, all repairs will be at your cost.
Confetti will not be allowed on our premises. You may use bubbles etc as an alternative.
No sticky tape will be allowed to stick up any decorations in the room. Blu-tak may be used as an alternative.
Tentative Bookings & Deposits
Tentative bookings will be held for 7 days only. Once you have confirmed your booking with us we require a $500.00 deposit to secure your booking. If this deposit is not received within 7 days of confirmation, we will open the date back up for other bookings.
Due to licensing laws, we are unable to permit any beverages being brought on to the premises.
For safety reasons photographs are permitted to be taken only in those areas specifically designated for that purpose. Under no circumstances are wedding parties, guests attending the Wedding or any persons associated with a function permitted to enter on to any part of the golf course without prior consent.
Food & Beverage
Details such as food and beverage requirements, guests attending, table requirements and timing must be provided no later than 7 days prior to your Wedding.
Final Numbers & Payments
Final numbers and payment are required 7 days prior to your Wedding. We accept Cash, Eftpos (Mastercard/ Bankcard/ Visa) or Cheque.
A 15% surcharge will apply to functions held on public holidays and Sundays.
If function numbers fall below 30, unfortunately we will have to cancel the function.
