POOL/TENNIS COURT UPDATE As mentioned in previous communication the Board is pursuing the legal ramifications of our risk liability with the pool. In this day and age, unfortunately insurance coverage is not as straight forward as you would like and the Board needs to ensure that we as a Club and individuals are not exposed to financial or personal hardship. The Board is working towards being provided with a legal position and direction on this matter that will be acceptable to all parties Whilst we are awaiting legal advice, netting and post options are being investigated to protect our members and their children being hit by errant golf balls from the driving range, at a cost that is practical and within the Club’s means.
